Q: How can I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your chosen pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email — the first whisper that your parcel has begun its ritual journey.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to protect your information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
Our orders typically process in 2–5 business days, followed by delivery in:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on customs)

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — the Noctura coven extends across borders. International shipping is available to most regions. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order details to follow your package through the veil.


🖤 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition. Some items, such as intimate wear or limited editions, may not be eligible. View our full Return & Refund Policy.

Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at nocturacoven@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue swiftly — your satisfaction is our oath.

Q: Are your items authentic and high quality?
Yes. Every Noctura piece is curated or crafted with exceptional quality and gothic authenticity. We only partner with trusted suppliers who align with our aesthetic and values.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
Some limited collections vanish once sold out — others may return in future rituals. Follow our Coven Newsletter or social media to be the first to know of restocks and new arrivals.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view history, and join exclusive member rituals.
