At Noctura, every item is crafted or chosen with care — but we understand that sometimes, even in the shadows, something may not feel quite right. This page explains how to request a return or exchange should you ever need one.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or exclusivity reasons, including:

  • Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits, piercings)

  • Digital goods or downloadable files

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Limited-edition or made-to-order products

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Include clear photos and your order number in your email — our support team will assist you swiftly and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us first to ensure availability. Once approved, you may ship your item back, and we’ll dispatch your replacement once it arrives safely.


5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item unless it was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Noctura cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
